We set out to build the guide we wished existed: written by people who live here, photographed on the islands, and organised so you can actually plan a day rather than scroll through a hundred identical listings. Every place is chosen and described by hand.
We would rather cover a smaller number of things properly than list everything badly. Attractions, beaches and natural sites are included on merit - because they are genuinely worth your time - and never because anyone paid to appear.
