Who we are

This guide is operated by Aerosoft Cayman in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you use thingstodoincayman.com and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

• Enquiries you send. If you submit a booking request or contact a partner through the site, we receive the details you provide - such as your name and the phone number or email you give us - so the request can be actioned.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Nothing hidden. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors.

Cookies and local storage

The public guide does not use tracking cookies. If you are a partner and sign in to the partner portal, your browser stores a sign-in token in local storage so you stay signed in; it is removed when you sign out. That is the only such identifier we set.

Third-party services

To display the site we load web fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those files, the font providers may receive your IP address as part of that request. We do not share any information you submit to us with them.

How we use information

We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry or pass it to the relevant partner, to operate and secure the site, and to comply with the law. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email partners@thingstodoincayman.com and we will respond. We handle personal data in line with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
